Senior Recruiter Responsibilities

• Recruitment Process Management: Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders, review applicants, build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns, source candidates through various channels (resume databases, networking, social media, deep web). Source passive candidates and utilize referrals.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Provide value propositions, interview preparation, and timely updates regarding application status. Keep a pulse on candidate interest, conduct professional phone interviews, handle difficult conversations, compare candidate information with requisition specifications to determine fit.
• Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards), deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition, provide accurate and regular reporting, identify and research solutions to search difficulties, proactively communicate search status with hiring managers. Manage offer letters.
• Continuous Improvement: Build a strong talent pipeline, and stay updated on industry/market trends and changes impacting the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of results-oriented recruiting experience in-house, RPO, or agency setting. Technical/IT recruiting background preferred.
• Technical Skills: Experience utilizing proprietary software for talent acquisition and various sourcing techniques (deep web).
• Industry Expertise: Pharma/biotech industry experience ideal
• Remote: US-based remote role only.
• Language: English proficiency.
