The Role: The Senior Total Rewards Manager leads strategy, execution, and management of compensation, equity, and benefits, supporting talent attraction and retention. This role aligns People and Finance teams with data-driven, fiscally sound decisions. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, leveraging technology like generative AI.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation Strategy & Administration: Evolve compensation philosophy, analyze market trends, and advise on decisions.
  • Equity & Incentive Programs: Manage equity programs, ensuring compliance and education.
  • Benefits Strategy & Management: Design and manage employee benefits, including self-funded medical plans and wellness initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a liaison between Finance and People teams.
  • Compliance & Systems: Ensure compliance and optimize HR systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Employee Education & Experience: Communicate programs and serve as a trusted partner for inquiries.
  • Technology Fluency and Curiosity: Use AI and automation to design, analyze, and communicate programs.
Key Competencies:
  • Technical Skills: HRIS proficiency (ADP, Shareworks), Excel skills, and understanding of compensation and benefits.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analytical thinker, able to integrate business strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years in compensation and benefits, including equity administration.
  • Certifications: CCP, CEBS, and/or CEP preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth, remote-first environments is a plus.
