AbbVie is seeking a Senior Training Manager to drive training strategy for the Access and Reimbursement Training Team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of comprehensive training strategies.
- Analyze current training processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and develop innovative training programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps.
- Design modular and scalable training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Implement findings from evaluations to refine and enhance training initiatives.
- Execute training initiatives with minimal guidance.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals.
- Partner closely with internal Immunology teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in a training role.
- 2+ years of Access and Reimbursement training.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Approximately 40% travel.
