Senior Vice President – Shared Delivery is responsible for the strategy, execution, and ongoing management of the Global Shared Delivery Organization.
Location: Candidates can be based in the Philippines, Europe, or India.
Language: Fluent English is essential.
Work Arrangement: Remote - Some travel required & flexibility regarding working pattern required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead a highly efficient organization with cost-effective scale and flexibility, governance, and delivery excellence.
- Ensure performance outcomes, employee engagement, and client satisfaction, measured through operating metrics.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan aligned with business goals (collaborate with Technology, Finance, and Transformation teams).
- Lead and develop a high-performing global talent acquisition team.
- Optimize geographic footprint, manage local environments, and align operations with local and global cultures.
- Set clear goals, hold leaders accountable, coach VPs and managers, ensure robust performance management, and feedback systems.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external clients, respond to trends, and ensure satisfaction through communication and service recovery.
- Drive productivity, service quality, continuous improvement, and use of tools and tech innovations.
- Monitor and act on KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics.
- Manage team budgets, workforce plans, capacity, engagement, and documentation.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, extensive experience leading Shared Services in complex, global organizations (800+ employees across multiple geographies).
Leadership Capabilities: Proven ability to develop leaders and manage large-scale operations with inclusive leadership and cultural awareness.
BPO/RPO Expertise: Successful track record in large, complex BPO environments (RPO desirable), leveraging advanced technologies and systems.
Transformation & Change: Demonstrated success driving change and transformation programs with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Analytical & Management Skills: Strong in analytics, project, change management, and process optimization.
