Full-Time Service Delivery Manager - Health

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the service relationship with NEC Registry Customers.
• Produce accurate monthly and quarterly service reports.
• Understand contractual commitments and monitor SLAs.
• Be the main point of contact for NEC Registry Customers.
• Manage any issues and liaise with stakeholders.
• Lead a small team of Compliance Officers.
• Manage complex software and data releases.
• Manage Service Improvement Plans.
• Attend customer and internal meetings.
• Liaise with development and support teams.
• Identify business expansion opportunities.
• Work with staff from different teams.

Essential Competencies & Experience:

• Proven record of delivering services to high standards and meeting SLAs.
• Excellent people/stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in healthcare/software/data driven environments.
• ITIL Service Management experience.
• Experience of working directly with customers.
• Experience producing detailed reports.
• Experience and involvement in Change Control processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good IT skills (MS Office).
• Attention to detail.
