As a member of the Palo Alto Networks EMEAServices Sales team, you will partner with Core Sales, Specialist Sales Teams, and our Partner Ecosystem to sell value-added services (Professional and Advanced Support Services) in your territory.
Employ collaboration, influence, presentation, and strategic selling skills to define solutions meeting customer needs, maximizing bookings and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying opportunities to position Advisory and Assessment Services, collaborating with Core & Speciality account teams.
- Developing services wrappers to ensure deployment and account health.
- Leveraging Palo Alto Networks Services intellectual property for new requirements and opportunities.
- Leveraging cyber security market knowledge and trends.
- Assessing and educating customers on implementation expertise value.
- Advancing sales pursuits with consultative dialog and cross-functional engagement (Customer, Partner, Palo Alto Networks). Facilitating workshops.
- Building in-depth knowledge of clients' business priorities, challenges, and initiatives to translate into solutions.
- Developing relationships across Core and Speciality Sales teams.
- Leveraging Global/Regional Delivery Practices for innovation and intellectual property to address customer needs.
- Leading services sales campaigns independently in large accounts.
- Owning and delivering services elements of RFPs (tenders).
- Contributing to Statements of Works, including service engagement plans, effort levels, and commercial approach.
- Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
Required Experience:
- Strong understanding of IT Security landscape and current/future industry trends.
- Proven track record of driving strategic services into new and existing accounts, achieving/exceeding goals.
- Effective storyteller with strong ability to map customer challenges to capabilities, linking to business outcomes.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to engage clients from technical implementers to CISO/CIO levels.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of external Sales/Pre-sales/Service Delivery/Customer Success experience in large enterprise settings.
- Proven services sales/services business development experience ($100k - > $5M).
- Security background (Network Security &/or SecOps) preferred.
- Channel Ecosystem experience and understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
