We are seeking an experienced Smart Building Consultant – Healthcare Program Manager to guide healthcare organizations through the planning, design, and implementation of smart hospital technologies. This role focuses on advising clients on strategy, integration, and execution of advanced healthcare IT and building systems.
- Strategic Advisory & Leadership: Provide strategic consulting to healthcare executives.
- Program & Project Oversight: Advise clients on IT program structures and project delivery.
- Technology & Systems Integration: Evaluate and plan the integration of healthcare IT, smart building, and digital health technologies.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Facilitate collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Advise clients on vendor selection and performance management.
- Regulatory, Security & Compliance: Provide guidance on data privacy and cybersecurity.
- Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing project delivery team.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay current with emerging healthcare and smart building technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in IT program management, healthcare technology consulting, or smart building integration.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, consulting, and communication skills. Deep knowledge of healthcare IT and building systems.
