Full-Time SmartRecruiters Implementation Consultant (2nd Shift)

• Provide client-facing implementation consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions.
• Follow delivery methodologies, promoting industry best practices.
• Deliver high-quality execution and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Deliver effective change management strategies.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior and personal integrity.
• Engage in positive communication, building effective relationships.
• Apply talent acquisition strategies in diverse organizations.

• Provide functional process and design support.
• Gather feedback to assess business requirements and facilitate best practice recommendations.

• Deepen skill sets in recruitment practices and technology platforms.
• Understand recruitment processes and technology for SmartRecruiters implementation.

• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Provide and accept feedback.

• Must have client-facing experience supporting full project life cycle following established technology implementation methodology.
• A minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience supporting technology implementations with progressive responsibility (SmartRecruiters and/or Paradox experience strongly preferred).
• A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience.
• Demonstrated ability supporting the successful implementation of technology solutions for talent acquisition processes.
