WHAT'S THE JOB?We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist for the Dana Hospitality team!
Manage and report on KPIs for Dana Hospitality's Social Media & Engagement strategy and actions.
Manage Social Media Brand Guidelines and ensure compliance.
Hire, manage, and mentor multiple Social Media & Engagement Coordinators.
Manage Social Commerce initiatives.
Manage Social & E-Commerce library of handles and storefronts.
Provide product updates, strategic marketing campaigns, dynamic pricing, and proper menu fidelity.
Ensure appropriate software use for coordinators to drive business performance.
Provide mentorship and resources to the team.
Analyze weekly Social Media & E-Commerce metrics.
Create digital reports for stakeholders.
Act as subject matter expert on Digital Engagement, E-Commerce, and Social Media.
Travel across Canada with a vehicle to liaise with operators, coordinators, and clients.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Able to articulate and scale Digital Skillsets (Content Editing, Social Media management, E-Commerce Storefronts).
Minimum 2 years management experience overseeing 3+ content creators.
Experience managing social media handles with evidence-based ROI to sales.
Proficient in building E-Commerce Storefronts for Delivery & Pre-Ordering Food.
Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and X.
Experience in reporting Social Media analytics and presenting to stakeholders.
Proficiency in editing multiple media mediums (video, carousels, memes, logos, podcasts).
Experience in a Food Service environment is an asset.
