Specialized Talent Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions.
Work Shift: Manila 3rd Shift
Work Location: Preferably in commutable distance to Megatower, Mandaluyong City
Work Setup: Once a month visit to the Office Mandaluyong City
Languages: English is a must (Mandarin, Thai, Japanese, or Vietnamese is a plus!)
Experience: Sourcing for the US market and IT, Niche Food Production (C&D)
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
- Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards to boost candidate interest.
- Reviewing and processing applications on all platforms in a timely manner.
- Utilizing various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking) to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Implementing traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies (mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing).
- Engaging with candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels.
- Conducting and presenting thorough market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Pre-screening candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Sharing market and candidate insights with business hiring groups, consulting on sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Promoting employer brand to potential candidates.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions using ATS.
- Staying updated with industry best practices and sourcing tools.
- Fostering diversity and inclusion by sourcing from diverse backgrounds.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma required; bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
- 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting.
- Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets).
- Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, aggregators).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and market analysis skills.
- Ability to handle candidate data accurately, confidentially, and complying with data protection regulations.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively.
- Continuous learning about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
