Work Arrangement: Full remote
Work Schedule: M-F, 11a-8p (3x a week) & 8a-5p (2x a week) PST
Specific Requirements: Strong Sourcing Healthcare experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with company goals.
- Review and post attractive job ads on specialized job boards.
- Review and process applications in a timely manner.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking) to find candidates.
- Implement traditional, creative, and targeted strategies (mobile, email, cold calling, recruitment marketing) to cultivate talent communities.
- Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach.
- Conduct thorough market research (industry trends, salary benchmarks, talent availability).
- Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Share insights with hiring teams; consult on sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Promote employer brand, highlighting company strengths and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records using ATS and other tools.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and tools.
- Foster diversity and inclusion.
- Identify process improvements and suggest innovations.
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma required, bachelor's degree in HR preferred.
- Sourcing Foundation training (internal applicants)
- Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification (internal applicants)
- 3+ years' sourcing or recruiting experience
- Solid sourcing experience in a specific industry (or markets)
- Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Boolean, data mining)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and market analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle niche requirements
- Addressing sourcing challenges creatively
- Continuous learning about trends, sourcing best practices, and technologies
- Focus on achieving sourcing targets
Anticipated Salary Range: $38,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience, location, and knowledge)
