Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements.
• Posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards.
• Reviewing and processing applications promptly.
• Utilizing various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking).
• Implementing candidate attraction strategies (mobile campaigns, email campaigns, cold calling).
• Engaging with candidates through personalized outreach.
• Conducting market research to understand industry trends and salary benchmarks.
• Pre-screening candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Sharing market and candidate insights with hiring groups.
• Promoting the employer brand and highlighting career growth opportunities.
• Ensuring accurate records of candidate interactions.
• Staying updated with industry best practices and sourcing tools.
• Fostering diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Identifying areas for process improvement.

Requirements include:

• 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Deep understanding of a specific industry (or industries).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques.
• Strong research and market analysis skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Sourcing Foundation training completion.
• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification.
