Full-Time Specialized Talent Sourcer

Specialized Talent Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions. They have a deep understanding of the industry and job requirements they recruit for, and utilize specialized sourcing techniques to effectively match qualified candidates to the defined unique needs of client organizations.

Work Location: USA

Work Arrangement: Remote

Work Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm EST/CST

Specific requirements:

• Lifescience industry background is a plus
• Experienced sourcing for niche roles is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and effectively align sourcing efforts with organization’s goals.
• Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards to boost interest from target candidates.
• Reviewing and processing applications on all platforms in a timely manner.
• Utilizing various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking) to identify and connect with potential candidates.
• Implementing candidate attraction strategies (mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing) to grow talent communities.
• Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels to establish rapport and interest.
• Conducting and presenting thorough market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Pre-screening candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Sharing market and candidate insights to business hiring groups, consulting them on sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Actively promoting employer brand, highlighting company strengths and career growth opportunities.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions (ATS).
• Staying updated with industry best practices and sourcing tools/techniques.
• Fostering diversity and inclusion by sourcing from diverse backgrounds.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Position Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Experience: Deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry/industries, markets.
• Exposure: Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, aggregators).
• Skills: Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; strong research/market analysis skills; capability to handle data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities, meeting deadlines; aptitude to address challenges creatively; continuous learning.
• Skills: Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.

Salary: $45,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience, geography, industry knowledge).
