The Specialized Talent Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions.

Work Shift: Manila 1st Shift
Work Location: Preferably in commutable distance to Megatower, Mandaluyong City
Work Setup: Once a month visit to the Office Mandaluyong City
Languages: English is a must. Mandarin, Thai, Japanese, or Vietnamese is a plus!
Experience: Sourcing for the US market and IT, Niche Food Production
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the unique job requirements.
- Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards.
- Reviewing and processing applications.
- Utilizing various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking.
- Implementing traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies.
- Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach.
- Conducting and presenting thorough and regular market research.
- Pre-screening candidates to assess their qualifications.
- Sharing market and candidate insights.
- Actively promoting the employer brand.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Staying updated with industry best practices.
- Fostering diversity and inclusion.
- Identifying areas for process improvement.
Position Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting.
- Understanding: Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets).
- Exposure: Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, research, and market analysis skills.
- Capability: Ability to handle candidate data accurately.
- Aptitude: Addressing sourcing challenges creatively.
- Focus: Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
