Full-Time Specialized Talent Sourcer

Specialized Talent Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions.

Work Location: This position is remote for candidates based in Argentina or Brazil only.

Work Arrangement: Remote

Specific requirements: Trilingual preferred; English-Spanish bilingual required

1. Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organization goals.
2. Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards.
3. Reviewing and processing applications on all platforms in a timely manner.
4. Utilizing various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking) to identify candidates with specific skills/qualifications for niche positions.
5. Implementing candidate attraction strategies (mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing) to cultivate and grow talent communities.
6. Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels.
7. Conducting and presenting thorough and regular market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
8. Pre-screening candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
9. Sharing market and candidate insights to business hiring groups, consulting them on sourcing and hiring strategies.
10. Actively promoting employer brand, highlighting company strengths and career growth opportunities.
11. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
12. Staying updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools and techniques.
13. Fostering diversity and inclusion by sourcing from diverse backgrounds.
14. Identifying areas for process improvement within the talent sourcing function.

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR preferred
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training
• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required
• Experience: 3+ years' experience in sourcing or recruiting, deep understanding of a specific industry (or industries/markets)
• Exposure: Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, aggregators etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and market analysis skills
• Ability to handle candidate data accurately and confidentially
• Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and prioritize effectively
• Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively
• Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies
• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
