Work Location: Brazil
Work Arrangement: Remote, Candidate must be based in Brazil
Work Schedule: Full time
Language requirements: Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the unique job requirements.
- Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards.
- Utilizing various sourcing methods to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Implementing traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies.
- Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach and networking events.
- Conducting and presenting thorough and regular market research.
- Pre-screening candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Sharing market and candidate insights to business hiring groups.
- Actively promoting the employer brand to potential candidates.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities.
- Staying updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools and techniques.
- Fostering diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Identifying areas for process improvement within the talent sourcing function.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
- Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry is required.
- Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and market analysis skills
- Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy.
- Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently.
