Work Arrangement: Remote, Candidate must be based in Brazil

Work Schedule: Full time

Language requirements: Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the unique job requirements.
• Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards.
• Utilizing various sourcing methods to identify and connect with potential candidates.
• Implementing traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies.
• Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach and networking events.
• Conducting and presenting thorough and regular market research.
• Pre-screening candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Sharing market and candidate insights to business hiring groups.
• Actively promoting the employer brand to potential candidates.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities.
• Staying updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools and techniques.
• Fostering diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Identifying areas for process improvement within the talent sourcing function.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
• Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry is required.

• Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and market analysis skills
• Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy.
• Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently.
