- Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organization goals.
- Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards.
- Reviewing and processing applications timely.
- Utilizing various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking).
- Implementing candidate attraction strategies (mobile/email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing).
- Engaging with candidates through personalized outreach, networking events.
- Conducting regular market research (industry trends, salary benchmarks).
- Pre-screening candidates for qualifications, experience, cultural fit.
- Sharing market and candidate insights to business hiring groups.
- Promoting employer brand, highlighting opportunities for career growth.
- Ensuring accurate records of candidate interactions using ATS.
- Staying updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools.
- Fostering diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Identifying areas for process improvement in talent sourcing and suggesting innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training.
- 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
- Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry.
- Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and market analysis skills.
- Ability to handle candidate data accurately, confidentially, and complying with data protection regulations.
- Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks.
- Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively.
- Continuous learning about industry trends.
- Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
