Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborates closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
• Reviews and posts attractive job adverts on specialized job boards.
• Reviews and processes applications from various platforms.
• Utilizes online platforms, social media, networking for identifying potential candidates with specific skills.
• Implements traditional, creative and targeted strategies like mobile/email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing to grow talent communities and ensure a steady pipeline of specialized talent.
• Engages with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking and communication channels.
• Conducts thorough and regular market research for industry trends, salary benchmarks and talent availability.
• Pre-screens candidates for qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Shares market and candidate insights with business hiring groups.
• Actively promotes the employer brand to potential candidates, highlighting company strengths and career growth opportunities.
• Maintains accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities.
• Stays updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools and techniques.
• Fosters diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Identifies process improvement areas within talent sourcing function.

Position Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Certification: Sourcing Foundation training completion, Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required.
• Experience: 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding and solid sourcing experience in a specific industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, aggregators), excellent communication/interpersonal skills, strong research/market analysis skills, ability to handle candidate data accurately and confidentially.
• Other: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, address sourcing challenges creatively, continuous learning about industry trends.
• Additional: Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets and confidentiality based on EEO guidelines.
