Job Details
To serve the needs of the business, guests, and colleagues by helping guests enjoy Sport & Recreation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the smooth running of the Sports & Recreations department.
- Create new and interesting activities.
- Ensure maintenance standards.
- Complete knowledge of products and services offered.
- Lead the implementation of health and safety codes.
- Execute the Anantara Children programme.
- Ensure activities are performed in a safe environment.
- Use qualified attendants in relevant areas.
- Monitor the success of activities programs and make adjustments.
- Prepare and circulate clear information to guests.
- Promote Spa offerings.
- Keep equipment clean and well maintained.
- Provide skills, knowledge, and motivation to achieve fitness goals.
- Maintain a file system for guest information.
- Develop a strong working environment with other departments.
- Ensure proper accounting procedures.
- Assume other duties as requested by management.
- Drive revenues for the department.
