Sr. Client Success Partner - Robotics: Drive successful outcomes by owning the strategic direction and end-to-end partnership with robotic vendors. Leverage expertise in robotic surgery program management and strategy to collaborate, manage complex engagements, and deliver value to clients using the Qventus robotics suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight (35%): Develop strategic positions, ensure asset utilization, partner with product marketing and sales to define the Go-to-Market strategy, serve as SME for robotics programs, and translate client visions into actionable recommendations.
- Internal Program Management (20%): Oversee internal planning, metrics management, reporting, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, and support governance activities with other partners.
- Implementation (10%): Manage project milestones, ensure smooth execution, and coordinate training and access provisioning.
- Intuitive Program Management/Coordination (35%): Track progress, manage risks, prioritize initiatives, prepare collateral for external calls, manage action items, and ensure clients and vendors utilize Qventus data.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of robotics-focused perioperative experience in healthcare consulting or a SaaS company.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex programs.
- Surgical domain operations and hospital workflows expertise.
- Strong executive presence and ability to present insights.
- Relationship building with key stakeholders (including C-Suite).
- Project management and program success metrics definition experience.
- EHR systems familiarity and strong technical aptitude.
- Ability to travel 25%-50% nationwide.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000
