What you get to do in this role:
Enable sales growth, customer satisfaction, service and product capabilities by guiding internal organizations in aligning operational policies, commercial contract terms, and industry & regulatory trajectories.
Work cross-functionally and across Legal to bring innovative products and programs to market by ensuring appropriate agreements, internal policies and processes are in place to drive adoption at scale.
Assist the Contracts team in responding to GenAI deal questions, creating playbooks, reference materials & ongoing enablement for Commercial attorneys.
Support Account Sales Teams and Commercial Legal in complex GenAI deal cycles.
Ensure the correct legal terms and contracting processes are in place, enabling account teams to sell using those terms.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s impact).
- 8+ years of experience in contracts or commercial legal roles; software/SaaS experience is an advantage
- BS/MS in Legal Studies; MBA Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong understanding of the technology product lifecycle (NPI, GTM, Sales processes)
- Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and conditions
- Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adept at business partnering and working with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Dependable with deliverables and deadlines; program management experience a plus
