Go to Market (GTM) leader for Automotive: Operates with ServiceNow's customer-centric industry transformation sales teams and key functions to identify and verticalize automotive solutions for the AMS market and specific customers. Closely aligns with Automotive account teams to develop strategic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Focused Pipeline Development: Industry expert, educating executives at industry events and business reviews, driving new pipeline creation.
- Sales Oriented Pipeline Progression: Partners with account executives to progress pipeline, infusing industry expertise, forming buying center relationships, and shortening deal lifecycles.
- Partner Development & Execution: Develops relationships with Automotive practices within AMS partners, driving awareness, solution positioning, and customer development, accelerating pipeline priorities.
- Solution Design and Enablement: Identifies new buying centers and use cases in Automotive, partners with marketing to create solutions for automotive customers, enabling transformation across their value stream.
- Analyze, Drive & Report on The Business: Analyzes the ServiceNow Automotive business, identifies trends and opportunities, impacts KPIs, and fuels customer efforts. Utilizes data to influence behaviors and drive results.
Key Partners: Industry & Field Marketing, Field Sales, Solution Sales, Product teams, Global Partner & Channel, Enablement, Industry Enterprise Architects
Qualifications:
- 15+ years Automotive industry experience (OEM preferred)
- 5+ years in IT/Technology function in automotive
- 5+ years in Enterprise Software company focused on Automotive accounts, or consulting firm, or similar capacity
- Exceptional executive presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Business, Technology, Engineering)
Compensation: $194,950 - $321,650 + equity (when applicable) + variable/incentive compensation + benefits
