The Go to Market (GTM) leader for Provider is a role that operates together with ServiceNow’s customer-centric industry sales teams as well as with other key functions within ServiceNow (i.e., marketing, product, customer success & implementation partners, etc.) to identify and verticalize ServiceNow solutions to the AMS market and to specific customers / buying centers.
Responsibilities:
- Closely align with Provider account teams to seed and develop strategic opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the AMS based Provider account sales teams.
- Help account teams connect with senior and C-suite stakeholders and enhance messaging, communications, and experience.
- Align with core and solution account teams to seed and develop strategic opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with customer and partner executives.
- Partner with sales leaders and contribute to revenue growth in AMS.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Customer Focused Pipeline Development: Operate as the industry expert for the Provider Industry, introducing and educating executives to ServiceNow.
- Sales Oriented Pipeline Progression: Partner with account executives to progress the pipeline, infuse industry expertise, and shorten deal lifecycles.
- Partner Development & Execution: Develop and maintain relationships with Provider practices within AMS strategic partners.
- Solution Design and Enablement: Identify new buying centers and use cases for ServiceNow solutions.
- Analyze, Drive & Report on The Business: Analyze the ServiceNow Industry business to understand trends and opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience: in the Provider Industry, preferably at a large health system.
- 5+ years of experience: at an Enterprise Software company or top-tier consulting firm, focusing on Provider accounts.
- Exceptional executive presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
