Privia Health is seeking a Sr. Director, Corporate Development to lead growth opportunities. This role involves managing transactions from sourcing to integration and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate growth opportunities (M&A, JVs, partnerships)
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes
- Lead financial and operational due diligence
- Develop deal structures and partnership arrangements
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Create business cases for new market opportunities
Qualifications:
- BA degree in finance, business administration, or a quantitative subject
- 8+ years of work experience in healthcare corporate development, strategy, or management consulting
- Experience in healthcare services investment banking, private equity or consulting is a plus
- Understanding of value-based care payment models
- Strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Collaborative, team-based approach
