The Sr Director of Insurance Go to Market (GTM) AMS role involves working with ServiceNow’s customer-centric industry transformation sales teams to identify and localize ServiceNow Insurance solutions to the Financial Services market.
Responsibilities:
- Align with account teams to develop strategic opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for related pursuits, engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Focus on the Insurance sector (P&C Retail, Commercial, L&A and Brokerage) to develop strategic opportunities.
- Build relationships with customer and partner executives.
- Drive revenue growth in top Financial Services accounts globally.
Specific areas of responsibility:
- Customer Focused Pipeline Development: Educate leaders on ServiceNow.
- Sales Oriented Pipeline Progression: Infuse industry expertise into account strategy.
- Partner Development & Execution: Support industry leadership positioning.
- Analyze, Drive & Report on The Business: Understand trends and use data to drive results.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 20+ years of experience with proven success in guiding strategy, operations and day-to-day functions.
- Strong knowledge and experience within the Insurance space.
- Proven pipeline management skills.
- Strong history of meeting targets.
- Exceptional communication skills.
