The Sr. Director, Revenue Cycle Optimization drives financial performance and operational efficiency across the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This role oversees offshore vendor partnerships, directs Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives, and manages Revenue Optimization and Revenue Integrity.
Primary Job Duties:
- Lead teams across Revenue Optimization and Revenue Integrity.
- Develop and execute strategic plans.
- Foster collaboration across departments.
- Lead offshore RCM vendor strategy.
- Develop and manage performance metrics.
- Implement process improvements via offshore partnerships.
- Drive automation strategies to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with IT to implement scalable RPA solutions.
- Oversee Revenue Optimization for chargemaster setup and athenaOne billing rules.
- Lead Revenue Integrity teams for payer performance audits.
- Partner with compliance to mitigate financial risks.
