Senior Director (SD) of the Strategic Partner Sales Manager (SPSM) team is an experienced professional responsible for guiding and managing the implementation and expansion of indirect sales models globally, resulting in incremental revenue for CyberArk.
The role involves oversight of all phases of pipeline development and partner enablement, as well as ongoing strategic account management of indirect sales.
The SD of the SPSM will be the primary contact at the executive level for one of CYBR's largest global system integrators and will manage the overall corporate relationship with this partner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, driving, and executing sales plans with global strategic partners.
- Assisting partners in delivering CyberArk solutions to joint customers.
- Developing and executing channel marketing campaigns to drive incremental revenue.
- Presenting CyberArk solutions at partner speaking engagements.
- Developing and delivering custom sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Ensuring partners are knowledgeable, driven, and successful in delivering solutions to customers and prospects.
Experience and skills required:
- +10 years experience building and managing global system integrator relationships.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Motivation for driving influence and indirect revenue.
- Quota over-achievement record.
- Experience in recruiting, managing, and growing partnerships in Information Security, Identity & Access Management, and Privileged Access Security.
- Experience working in hybrid sales environments.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
- Strategic thinking, leadership, and tactical implementation skills.
- Exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees desired.
- Desire to travel (approximately 50%).
