The Work Relations Partner manages and resolves employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and legally compliant workplace in Costa Rica. Reporting to the Costa Rica HR Business Partnering Director, the role involves:
Experience: 3-5 years in employee relations or HR in multinational organizations in Costa Rica.
Knowledge: Understanding of Costa Rican labor law and work-related regulations.
Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. Advanced English and Spanish.
- Providing guidance on employee relations matters.
- Leading investigations into workplace issues.
- Ensuring compliance with Costa Rican labor laws.
- Conducting internal investigations related to misconduct.
- Maintaining documentation of employee relations cases.
- Supporting dispute resolutions.
- Recommending updates to HR policies.
- Delivering training on labor law and conflict management.
- Advising on workforce planning.
- Participating in audits.
- Contributing to continuous improvement in employee relations.
- Collaborating with HR partners to prevent work-related issues.
Experience: 3-5 years in employee relations or HR in multinational organizations in Costa Rica.
