About the Role
InMarket seeks a Sr. HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of HR, the Sr. HR Generalist will contribute to operational projects and process documentation. This role needs strong attention to detail and agility.
Daily Responsibilities
- Administer and execute HR functions (performance management, employee relations, investigations, engagement, leaves, training, etc.)
- Maintain employee personnel files and records.
- Support People-related projects (process improvements, compliance audits, new tool implementation)
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Onboard InMarketeers, providing a welcoming experience and assisting in cultural immersion.
- Partner with department leads on employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace.
- Support InMarket's culture and diversity & inclusion committees.
- Facilitate and manage employee performance improvement plans.
- Develop and maintain reports on People metrics.
- Assist with immigration processes (OPT, H-1B, green card).
Experience and Expertise
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP)
- Knowledge of federal, California, and national employment law
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft products
- Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Nice to Haves
- Experience with HR software (ADP Workforce Now, Ethena, ChartHop, Asana, Cleary)
- Experience supporting remote, multi-state workforces
- Bachelor's degree

Salary Range
For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City: $86,375 - $102,751
