We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic human resources support and guidance to our analytics, product management, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Oversee development and retention strategies for targeted departments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations, and resolving conflicts.
• Lead performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
• Partner with leadership to design organizational structures and processes.
• Guide teams through organizational changes, ensuring effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
• 10+ years of HR work experience in Product or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience with employee relations.
• Experience with a workforce of 400-800 employees.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of local labor laws.
• Experience with Lattice, Paylocity, & HR Acuity (preferred)
• Master’s degree (preferred)
