Full-Time Sr. Industry Solutions Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do

• Craft compelling narratives and support high-impact campaigns.
• Enable field teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Partner with product marketing, industry solutions, sales, alliances, and customer marketing to resonate with tech leaders.
• Develop industry-specific messaging, positioning, and content.
• Serve as a spokesperson for the Technology Provider industry.
• Contribute to integrated marketing strategies.
• Partner with product marketing to ensure industry relevance.
• Lead the creation of sales enablement content.
• Collaborate with demand gen teams.
• Support industry events, webinars, and partner activations.
• Measure and report on marketing effectiveness.

What You Bring

• 12+ years B2B marketing experience, 5+ years in Technology Provider industry.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles.
• Proven success in developing high-quality content.
• Strategic thinking skills to translate market insight into action.
• Exceptional people and project management skills.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Positive, can-do mindset.
• Social media and community participation.

Compensation

• Up to 25% travel
• $146,400 - $256,200 base pay, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
• Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure (sales positions)
