Full-Time Sr. Insurance Sales Agent - US Remote

We are seeking Senior Insurance Sales Producers/Advisors to join our inbound call center team. You will report to a Sales Team Lead and play a key role in helping customers find the right insurance plans.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through insurance comparison and switching.
• Consultatively analyze customer insurance needs.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling multiple insurance products.
• Broker or call center experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products.
• Active P&C or Personal Lines license.
• Experience selling in multiple states preferred.
• Excellent phone skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Proficient in navigating relevant insurance systems.
