An exciting opportunity awaits you at SDS RX. We are looking for a Sr Lead Recruiter to support the Driver Recruiter team.
What You’ll be Paid: $70,000 Per Year
When You’ll be Working: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Where You’ll be working: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract independent contractor drivers.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Ensure candidates start the onboarding process in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent contractor drivers.
- Utilize recruitment data and analytics to track performance.
- Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs for recruiters.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on independent contractor drivers.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
