The Senior Learning and Talent Development Partner will play a key role in designing, implementing, and driving talent development initiatives.
Talent Development Strategy
Collaborate with senior leaders to define and execute learning and development strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals. Analyze organizational needs and identify talent gaps, skills, and capabilities required to drive business success. Design and develop learning programs that foster employee growth, leadership, and high-performance teams.
Program Design and Implementation
Lead the creation of innovative learning programs, workshops, and initiatives that cater to various learning styles and business needs. Oversee the development and delivery of leadership development programs, career development pathways, and specialized skills training. Manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle, from needs assessment and curriculum design to execution and evaluation of program effectiveness.
Leadership Development
Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and managers to enhance leadership capabilities and ensure the development of future leaders within the organization. Promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement within leadership teams.
Performance Management
Partner with HR and leadership teams to integrate learning and development into performance management processes. Ensure that talent development programs contribute to achieving organizational objectives and improving employee performance.
Metrics and Reporting
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of learning programs on business outcomes. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on program effectiveness, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
Talent Succession Planning
Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and creating individualized development plans. Design and implement mentorship programs to support employee career progression and retention.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
Build strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on learning initiatives. Lead discussions and present learning solutions and insights to senior management, influencing decision-making and program adoption.
