Job Title: Sr. Manager, E&B Proficiency

About the role: Drive strategy and implementation of department-specific programming. Collaborate cross-functionally, leveraging data for informed decisions. Report to the Director/Senior Director, Eligibility & Billing.

Work Location: Blended work culture. Expected office attendance (at least two days weekly) in NYC, Tempe, or LA if within commutable distance. Remote/work-from-home otherwise.

Residency Requirement: Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C.

Pay Transparency: California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington: $131,200 - $172,200 per year. All other locations: $118,080 - $154,980 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting, driving, and executing department strategy.
• Identify success criteria, implement metrics, and analyze data for root cause analysis/mitigation.
• Program management of key department and cross-functional initiatives.
• Build operating playbooks and workflows.
• Development and growth of direct reports (as applicable).
• Compliance with laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years experience in strategy and operations.
• 4+ years experience in procedure writing and development.
• 4+ years experience in project planning and program management.

Bonus Points:

• Master's degree
• 2+ years Enrollment and Billing experience
• 6+ years experience in healthcare/insurance industries in strategy, business development, or project management.
• Management Consulting experience
• Leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Excel/financial modeling experience
