We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organized Sr. Manager, Executive Communications & Events to support ServiceNow’s Global President of Customer Operations. This role blends strategic communications, thought leadership, and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thought Leadership & Communications: Drive thought leadership opportunities, draft executive-level messaging, and measure impact using data.
- Strategic Event Planning & Execution: Support planning and execution for major industry forums and manage logistics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Align priorities between Executive Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Communications teams.
- Experience in leveraging AI.
Experience:
12+ years of experience with 7+ years in executive communications, strategic initiatives, or event management.
Exceptional writer and storyteller. Strong project manager. Executive presence. Proactive and solutions-oriented. Strong communicator. Willingness to travel.
