What you get to do in this role: The Sr. Strategic Enablement Manager for Finance & Corporate Strategy will play a pivotal role in supporting the President and CFO’s Leadership Team (GLT). This role will focus on equipping the FLT with the resources, tools, and support necessary to function seamlessly. Acting as a “chief of staff” for the GLT entity, this role will take a strategic approach to optimize processes and communications and provide the GLT with the support needed to elevate to Team One. This is a high-impact role that provides an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the organization and drive key strategic outcomes.
- Organize and co-create content for leadership meetings, including onsite events, extended staff sessions, and senior director+ engagements in partnership with HR.
- Provide comprehensive actioning support to the GLT, including onsite follow-up, staff action planning, and facilitating individual GLT meetings to ensure accountability and progress on strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and support the bi-annual business review process as part of the onsite/offsite events and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Maintain and manage the operating and GLT staff calendars, ensuring timely scheduling of critical meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Partner with HR and senior leadership on Workforce Planning, ensuring alignment with business strategy and organizational objectives.
- Drive GLT engagement with the broader organization, including AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), town halls (TH), change management efforts, and communication campaigns to ensure a connected leadership team.
- Own the strategy and execution of Finance & Corporate Strategy people leader communications, in partnership with the OCFO Strategic Communications Specialist, Communications team, and HR to develop impactful content aligned with organizational priorities.
- Provide change management support to ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts, aligning teams with new goals, processes, and strategies.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Proven experience in a senior operational, strategic, or Chief of Staff role, with a background in leadership support and cross-functional collaboration.
- Successful history of approaches challenges with curiosity, objectivity, empathy, speed, and a collaborative style and has effectively managed through ambiguity to achieve a desired outcome.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in strategic content development, including the creation of messaging that drives leadership decisions.
- A commitment to working collaboratively behind the scenes to ensure leaders have the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed.
- Exceptional organizational ability to manage complex projects and high-priority tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to build trust through effective, cross-departmental relationships.
- A natural curiosity and willingness to ask the right questions, constantly seeking what’s best for the leadership and organization, and using insights to drive informed decisions.
- A self-starter mentality, capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction.
What we’re seeking:
- 8-10+ years in a role focused on operations, employee engagement, leadership reporting, culture amplification, and other key business programs (chief of staff experience preferred)
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work, from project execution to documentation and communication.
- Results oriented with a track record of delivering enablement programs that meet/exceed business value requirements.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
