Full-Time Sr Mgr, Solution Consulting

What you get to do in this role:

Ensure Solution Consultants demonstrate relevance to customers, fully discover customer problems, deliver high-quality presentations, and execute proofs of concept.

Develop team members according to business and individual goals, and maintain a recruiting pipeline for potential candidates.

Collaborate with regional sales managers, assign resources to sales opportunities, and evaluate progress against goals.

Support demand generation efforts by working with marketing.

Develop and deploy team training, and evaluate team members using observation, peer feedback, and sales feedback.

Manage daily activities like resource scheduling, expense review, and activity reporting.

Requirements:

CRM best practices, experience in a fast-growing IT environment, 7+ years of presales experience, experience managing presales teams, deep US market knowledge, experience selling to senior management.

Understanding of coaching, mentoring, and individual contributor management, ability to motivate a growing team, experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling, thorough understanding of the SaaS market and Service Management practices.
