Full-Time Sr Mgr, Solution Consulting

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Solution Consulting, to manage a team of pre-sales Partner Solution Consultants focused on building the ISV Solutions ecosystem.

This leader is responsible for a highly skilled team, advancing technology and business relationships with ServiceNow’s ISV Partners. The leader will motivate the team to:

• Deeply understand ISV partner business and their domain expertise to align partner capabilities with complementary markets.
• Create new business and solutions for shared customers, generating valuable outcomes.
• Generate new revenue paths for both ServiceNow and partners through the Store.

The successful candidate will be a proven leader and compelling presenter, motivated by customer outcomes, technology solutions, and team member success. Expertise across web and cloud technologies, and a track record in software pre-sales and large enterprise environments are required.

This leader is responsible for team career planning, development, hiring, and administrative duties. Strong relationships with counterparts in Sales, Services, Support, Marketing, and other organizations are essential for alignment.

This role requires up to 50% travel.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of leadership experience (preferably in Pre-Sales)
• 10+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience in building or leading pre-sales or professional services organizations (partner-aligned preferred)
• Ability to collaborate with various levels (Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Offering Managers, Directors, VP's, and CXOs)
