We are seeking a highly motivated team player to join the Partner Sales Management team to accelerate and scale business growth with Consulting & Implementation, Reseller, Service Provider, and Build Alliance partners within the US HCLS business.
This is a strategic role requiring a balance of strategy, sales engagement, and execution with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities include:
- Executing a plan to develop and accelerate partner ecosystem growth within the HCLS business, particularly with top partners and accounts.
- Creating and executing a go-to-market business plan with Area Sales leadership to drive sales growth through partners.
- Driving alignment with corporate partnership and channel strategies.
- Accelerating focused results and excelling at understanding and sustaining businesses in a competitive marketplace.
- Working with ServiceNow partners to generate new business in existing accounts and new markets, and ensuring partner support for successful projects.
- Liaising with and motivating individuals at all levels of partner relationships.
- Gaining political respect through business acumen, decision-making, and stakeholder management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth through partner engagements.
Required skills and experience include:
- Strong track record of exceeding sales and partner sales revenue targets.
- Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking and consulting/business strategy development.
- Proven experience successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships.
- Comfort with complex issues and multiple levels of abstraction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience creating and building relationships with partners in the SI, Reseller, MSP, and ISV communities.
- Proven ability to drive significant revenue through partnerships.
- Comfort working with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and partners.
- Willingness and ability to travel.

- 5+ years of experience in Partner management, consulting, or sales, with a demonstrated track record of business development success.
- Broad-based business and technology expertise.
