Full-Time Sr. People Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner to join our P&C team to cultivate an engaged, high-performing culture where employees can perform, grow, and thrive. Strong candidates will have experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive impactful people strategies across EMEA, collaborating with leadership.
• Influence key programs (talent reviews, compensation planning, employee engagement).
• Coach leaders on organizational design and develop data-driven solutions to enhance performance, retention, and employee development.
• Lead change management and analyze people metrics to deliver agile strategies.
• Partner with global teams (Talent Management, Total Rewards, People Analytics) for seamless integration of people initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of increasing People Business Partner experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or comparable work experience; accredited HR certification or education.
• Strong data acumen; ability to derive meaningful actionable insights from employee data.
• Actively engage in building HR knowledge, including understanding of employment laws.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals inside and outside Smartsheet, aligned with our values.
• Ability to lead and drive impact through influence and trust.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.
