Paxos is rebuilding financial infrastructure, using technology to tokenize, custody, trade, and settle assets for enterprise clients.
As a Sr People/HR Business Partner, you'll be at the intersection between the business and People Team, focused on ensuring great people experiences. You'll advocate for Paxos’ core values, partnering with business leaders to help them build their organizations and leverage data.
As a Sr People Business Partner, you’ll get to:
- Build trusted partnerships with leaders and stakeholders.
- Coach and develop managers and executives.
- Lead the design, execution, and adoption of company-wide people programs.
- Use data to diagnose challenges and drive recommendations.
- Partner closely with Centers of Excellence.
- Consult on sensitive issues, ensuring confidentiality and sound judgment.

Your experience should include:
- 7+ years of experience in HR/People teams, with at least 5+ years directly as an HR Business Partner.
- Have specific experience supporting Product or Engineering organizations.
- Proven experience supporting and scaling organizations through high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in at least one HR discipline.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- A track record of thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Designing and quickly implementing solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
