Job Summary

A Senior IT Financial Staffing Recruiter is needed for a REMOTE opportunity in the Boston market with Yoh.

• Consistently demonstrate a track record in execution of full life cycle recruitment.
• Operate proficiently in filling various types of jobs in various industries.
• Provide support through the interview process, including performing the necessary screening requirements and through the offer phase.
• Assigned as a mentor to Recruiters.
• Demonstrate a high aptitude toward influencing desired outcomes through negotiation and candidate control.
• Maintains an ongoing pipeline of relevant passive and active relationships with exceptional talent.
• Participate in creation of sourcing strategy by recommending ideas to satisfy client requirements.
• Highly proficient in leveraging online recruiting resources including job boards, professional affiliations, niche sites, social networking, etc.
• Work with internal stakeholders to clarify job specifications in order to fulfill client needs
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Knowledgeable of leading search practices
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components
• Negotiation and sales skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems

• Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience
• Five - ten years of experience
• AIRS preferred; Yoh Certified Recruiter (YCR)
