Sr. Sales Operations Associate - Contract Opportunity - Remote or Hybrid (Preference to Chicago - 2 days in office TBD with EM)
About This Position
We are seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Associate to join our team and support key sales operations initiatives. In this role, you will assist with strategic planning and systems transformation efforts aimed at improving sales team efficiency and program execution.
With your strong analytical skills, relationship-building capabilities, and ability to think like an owner, you'll have an impact on projects that help scale our operations and drive high-priority business outcomes. Job Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning and provide key insights for high-priority initiatives led by leadership.
- Assist with systems and tools transformation to enable sales teams to scale effectively.
- Identify and escalate risks that could impact program rollout and recommend resolution options.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and produce results that help scale and drive business success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide timely support to ensure successful program execution.
Skills/Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or sales operations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and O365.
- Experience presenting data in actionable formats and learning new software quickly.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with large datasets and presenting key insights to stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in creating business reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Proven ability to manage project workflows and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Experience in Salesforce and building reports in Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with a focus on sales-driven outcomes.

- Remote or Hybrid work available with preference for candidates in the Chicago area (2 days in-office TBD).
- Full-time contract with growth and development opportunities within a dynamic team environment.

- Pay Range $70-80/hr
