Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced technical presales professional specializing in data engineering and integration. The Senior Solution Consultant is a hands-on technical consultant with the ability to deliver and position solutions while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives. You will play a critical role within our presales team, driving innovative solutions primarily around ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, complemented by NowAssist and Agentic AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business and technical problems addressed by ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric.
- Lead technical discovery sessions.
- Translate requirements into effective ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Demonstrate the product to prospects and existing customers.
- Develop architectures that leverage the full potential of ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric.
- Support the presales lifecycle.
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents.
- Maintain deep technical expertise on ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, NowAssist, Agentic AI.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- Familiarity with integration technologies (REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, JDBC).
- Exposure to technologies such as RPA, Generative AI, OCR, Process Mining, and CI/CD.
- 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
