As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you'll impact our future success by supporting Healthcare Provider Solution Sales. You'll guide revenue for a product, partnering with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
This is a hands-on technical consultant who excels in solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert, client-facing.
- Lead discovery workshops, demos, and answer product/technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Guide strategic programs in top accounts (e.g., customer journeys, roadmap agreements).
- Provide feedback to product management on product enhancements.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events (executive briefings, conferences, etc.).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software.
- Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills (pipeline building, sales execution).
- Boston location (FD21)
