Full-Time Sr. Talent Acquisition Technology Specialist

Overview: Western Digital seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Technology Specialist for its Global TA Operations Team. This role focuses on evolving and implementing talent acquisition technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SmartRecruiters and other TA systems.
• Act as liaison between Talent Acquisition and IT for system integration and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with global TA teams on system usage, data privacy, compliance, and regional requirements.
• Lead system enhancement initiatives and provide support to TA Operations team members.
• Develop and deliver training programs, and create instructional materials for global stakeholders.
• Improve the manager and employee experience by participating in process optimization projects.
• Ensure self-service functionalities and TA system data align with legal and business needs.
• Identify project dependencies, risks, and opportunities, and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Oversee change management processes for smooth adoption and alignment.
• Conduct post-project analysis to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high-tech or global environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with SmartRecruiters preferred.
• Demonstrated project management skills with cross-functional initiative experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional collaboration, teamwork, and global/cross-functional experience.
• Data-driven communication and presentation skills to senior leadership.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
