Full-Time Sr Total Rewards Consultant (Wellbeing focus)

• Act as the subject matter expert in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion.
• Design and deliver initiatives that support the four pillars of wellbeing: physical, mental, financial, and social.
• Align initiatives with organizational goals and employee needs.
• Foster a culture of wellness and engagement across the organization through data-driven insights and stakeholder collaboration.
• Contribute to strategic projects that advance Medavie’s wellbeing agenda and support EXCEL, the employee value proposition.
• Support employees and leaders through all stages of the disability process to facilitate successful reintegration into the workplace.

• Develop and manage the annual calendar of wellness initiatives aligned with Medavie’s wellbeing pillars and strategy.
• Create, plan and deliver relevant and engaging content for various internal audiences to promote wellbeing resources and initiatives.
• Administer the wellbeing platform and manage vendor relationships.
• Analyze data and feedback to inform strategic direction and continuous improvement.
• Support mental health initiatives for paramedics across specific operating companies.
• Identify new opportunities using data, feedback, and trends.
• Build business cases and lead end-to-end execution of approved projects.
• Support employees and leaders throughout the disability process and reintegration.
