Full-Time Staff MSL, Oncology

Staff Medical Science Liaison (Staff MSL) will support academic and community physicians (KOLs) by sharing the latest research and clinical data to promote the company's products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Develop and present educational materials (slides, abstracts, research findings) for scientific events, conferences, and CME sessions.
• Coordinate and lead presentations at academic and scientific meetings.
• Serve as a clinical expert to ensure Sales & Marketing teams are updated on product data, clinical benefits, and market positioning.
• Contribute to Clinical Advisory Board meetings.
• Collaborate with teams to organize forums and events.
• Provide regular updates, scientific briefings, and participate in journal clubs.
• Conduct research with Guardant datasets and champion effective scientific writing.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree and 8 years of related experience.
• Previous MSL experience and knowledge of biotechnology, diagnostics, and pharmaceuticals.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Additional Information

• Significant travel.
• US base salary range: $160,300 to $216,300 (does not include benefits).
• Residential home-based office.
