The Global Learning & Development (GLD) team designs learning solutions for ServiceNow’s STEP Organization.
As the Sr Staff Learning Strategist, you'll evolve our onboarding and in-role learning experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Shape the strategy for onboarding and in-role development.
- Design scalable learning solutions using technologies like AI.
- Partner with leaders to build effective training programs.
- Create engaging learning experiences in various formats.
- Evaluate learning program efficacy.
To be successful:
- Experience integrating AI into work processes.
- Passion for developing user-centric learning experiences.
- Expertise in human-centered design and instructional methodologies (ADDIE, Agile).
- Adept at scaling multi-audience learning programs.
- Skilled in using eLearning tools and learning management systems (Articulate Storyline and Rise).
Requirements:
- 8+ years in learning solutions design and development.
- Experience with product engineer enablement learning.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
